Unauthorized use of my car pics...how to take action?
Some website is using my car pics to advertise a product. So how do i take action? File a police report?? I dont wanna hire a lawyer and a few extra bucks wouldnt hurt.

in ur case, i dont think ur gonna get anything out of them, but you may wanna email them and let them know about it. maybe threaten them with legal action if they didnt remove them, see if you can get some free stuff....hahaha
well you technically could get some kind of comp but you'll probably need a lawyer to look at the site, take screen shots, and then suprise them. so they dont have time to change.
Screen shots are proof, and you have us here as witnesses. Id call up my lawyer if they wont provide any compensation, and when I mean compensation, I dont mean a discount on something either.
