apc altezzas illegal?

umm. well are they? they had this lawsuit one time since they made colored bulbs and and their altezzas. they were not d.o.t approved. so now would a cop pull you over for having those in your car?

I'm almost positive that APC altezzas are legal and carry the D.O.T. approval number on them now.

apparently they stopped selling the CF ones cause they didn't have a reflective peice in them, so i think mine might be illegal.

Sup Chrissy! The Altezza's are legal. To be fair I don't know anything about what was said about the CF one's but from what I was told by my old cop neighbor...as long as they have the red lenses for braking, parking, running, turning (or amber), and white lense for reversing...you're ok.

yep...i have those, and they have all the colored lenses to make them legal.

all APC parts should be illegal they make cheap parts that will either fade, blow, crack, or discolor. the only APC part that should be legal is their HUGE stickers. we need thoes around so we can point at and laugh at the dumbasses.
