Angry She Dented My Car!!!

OK...my dumbass roomates, dumbass friends, dumbass girlfriends, dumbass daughter opened her car door and dented my Vic!!!

So, the mother of said dumbass kid wasn't gonna tell me about it but dumbass boyfriend did because he knew that I would notice it.

I'm guessing it's not gonna be a cheap fix because the paint was dammaged as well...ARGGGH!

My question is....Since this Bitch doesn't have insurance (because she doesn't drive) what alternative do I have other than using my own? If I use my own then my rates go up and even if she repays the initial amount I could be stuck paying a higher premium....

Oh baby, you know how bad this one hurts me, I'M SORRY! How can I get your mind off things??? As already mentioned, civil suit against her to insure your insurance rates do not go up and the person who is responsible actually pays for it! I would also she if the boyfriends's insurance will pay for it? For, it was his car and passenger that did the damage. Or, give that estimate to him/her and give them x amount of time to cough up the estimate money and if they don't, well, you will see them in court on a civil matter if his insurance will not pay for it.

So basically...I'm gonna get two quotes this week because my roomate moves out in a week or so and I will lose my only contact with the guy and his g/f.

I'll give them to him and tell him he either pays the cash or pony up the insurance info. I already have the guys cell phone number and I know where he works so hopefully I won't lose this guy....Someone (other than me) gonna pay for this....

basically yes, but idont like the idea of a suit, my parents have been sued before and it really blows. work it out outside of courts and then threaten to sue if she will not comply

screw that ^^^. she was the one who was a jerk in the first place, not for damaging your car(may have been an accident), but for NOT telling you! i wouldn't even worry about insurance at all. i'd just straight up sue her for damages and court costs. make her learn her lesson!
