My boss needs help locating wife?

Well my boss told me today that he was married to this white lady about 10 years ago, but she took off and he doesnt know where she is and he wants to get a divorce from her now because he is married to someone else.He wants to know how he can find her. He told me that he has her social security number and that is all he has to find her. He can get a divorce without her signature but it is $1500, with her signature it is $400. How could he go about finding her. Please let me know so I can tell him.

private investigator. they can find almost anyone. but they charge hella lot!!!!!! another thing i can think of is to go to the dmv (or another gov office) and try to get her info, i.e. lives.

or tell him to go to a mountain and shout out her name ;p

He doesn't need to find her in my state of AZ at least, may be the same for your state as well. All he needs to do if it is the same as my state is publish that he is filing for divorce with her. It gets published in a local legal newspaper and it is the same as actually serving divoce papers to her face. He needs a divorce lawyer or even paralegal to help him publish this and get divorced. He could do it all himself, but, I don't reccomend he does so if he is not knowledgable on divorce law. Of course, this is how it all works in AZ and just maybe how it works in yuor state. But, all you do is publish and it is the same as serving divorce papers to her face. Make sure to tell him to find out whether he can publish or not instead of actually getting her signature.

All he wants to do is find out where she is so he can bring her to court and sign the papers. Is the way to figure it out on the internet using her social security number?

you can find anyone on the internet..it may cost him like ten bux, but he can find them. just go to yahoo and click on people search...type in her name, then follow links...eventually you'll get to a site that makes you pay for some info.

most likely a private investigator, you can try you local authorities but i would be suprised if they even help you out.
