Spark Plug Cover

OK here is what i want to do. There are many people out there asking about colored spark plug covers for our cars. I happen to have a way to manufacture them in different colors. I need to know if anyone knows about the trademark and copyright laws involved in this. I already know that chances are i cannot put honda on it, but what about "vtec"? or "sohc"?

umm.. vtec probablly not.. SOHC.. probablly, altho if it was machined out of high quality material, and painted black and the letters exposed.. taht would look hot.. but if all else fails.. u could always put a honda sticker on it...

i dont think its got a copyright law. IMO i dont even think they would prosecute you anyways unless you do sell them.

the thing is, i would sell them. how do companies like OBX get permission to use the words "honda" and "vtec" on their covers?

who ever made the metal ones before on this site used the word vtec and i believe honda on there as well. he sold them and nothing ever happened.
