| i havent heard anything about emissions, maybe in philly or pittsburg, but i know that i havent heard anything about it around the harrisburg area, pretty much if you put the header on and can smell somethin different than stock, i.e. like an old car with no cats, you prolly wont even pass inspection, so look into it a little, ask others with the same or similar setup about their experiences
