2 Tickets, Speeding and Noisy Muffler??

Aight last friday night I was coming home from work on the freeway in arkansas, up ahead I see a cop..Im like ok...Im not speeding so it will be alright, then he pulls out behind me and follows me 2 miles then pulls me over. He said he clocked me 81 in a 60. Im like I wasnt goin that fast, then he asks me where I got my muffler. Im like autozone. Then he starts goin off on how its soo loud and is illegal. Then I get two tickets. One for an 81 in a 60 then another for noisy muffler. I never even heard of a noisy muffler ticket. I just wanna know if I should fight it, but I know Im not gonna claim guilt for two things that I didnt do and arent illegal. well I live next door to a police station, of a different city, we share the same parking lot, and they've never said anything about my exhaust, and they know exactly what all I have on my car, cuz Im friends w/ them. So I think they would tell me if it were illegal or not about the exhaust. I can take them to court, if the officer doesnt have a documentation of the exact time about clocking me then I can get out, or if he doesnt show up. But I think Ill just take my army recruiter up there and get out of it. I know a few people who had felony charges and got out of it, cuz they were goin military. I hope that can happen for me. I just know that I cant have this on my record and still go to basic right now, I leave in less than 2 months. If it stays on there I cant leave. But I dont know if I wanna leave now or not.

yeah when I signed up, they said that I cant have anything pending..and this will be pushing it since I cant go to court until like a week before Im supposed to leave, and they told me that I cant have any tickets, ive had two so far, but they arent on my record. I told them about it, but they said since I told them it would be alright, if not then it would be considered lying or something like that, and I could go to jail. Im like..ahh...but I know that I needa get this off or something. But is there any really good way to fight tickets, anybody know?
