just take all of your prove that your were going to switch titles but were not able to before that time. You said you have a contract? what does that say exactly.

the contract just states the title will remain in the current holder posession to be signed over to the buying parties at soonest posible time with our name and desciption of car and so on ...

i just thought i couldn't get sited for moving a car on private property and i thought the couldn't charge me with a suspended licence if the car wasn't mine(yet)

If u were on priv. prop then it does not matter. He cant say or do anything to u. And he is not aloud to come up to u unless u called him or he was requested to ur house....I know this b/c i had a cop come up to our door ask for me (b/c some one called my tag in on my driving) and my dad got pissed at the cop told me to go upstairs and i heard him yelling at the cop and telling him to get his car off our prop. and that he needed to leave........ so thats all i know
