california has every traffic law imaginable and more. They have a very diverse law system.

I have found Cali to be a lot more strict as far as their car modification laws such as exhaust and so forth. I know when us Arizonans go there with modified exhauts we are busted on them even though we are just visiting and they are legal in my state. I know that is due to them trying to control emissions for the mass amount of peeps they have. I have found that Cali is more on our type of modified cars as far as picking us out for speeding just 5 miles over. I suspect that is because they have a larger import speeding problem than AZ does.

lol cali is cool though... if u ride a bike.. like myself.. its legal to pass in the middle of lanes... def a plus in traffic when u dont want ur bike to over heat!
