K so I know that there is alot of Ottawa prople who are trying lose weight and get fit. So today I was thinking about making a thread about how we are all doing. So post up your goals, things your doing to get in shape, recipes of good healthy meals...but most importantly you progress. I think this would be good, we could all try and keep each other motivated and also congratulate each other on the little journey we are all taken. So feel free to be honest here and lets all try to reach our goals.
So I guess I will start. First off tomorrow I am quitting smoking. I would also like to hit the gym atleast 3 times a week. I would like to get back to the size I was before I went on birth control 5 years ago. I have lost 30 pounds so far.
So what do you guy/gals think. Should we sticky this baby and make this thread work or was this a waste of time?

My original weight was 272lbs in july. I have since dropped down to 227, a total of 45 pounds.
So...
Start weight: 272
Current weight: 227
Goal weight: 210
Pounds to go:17
Things to do: NOT eat all the chocolate we bought yesterday in one sitting (damn hershey factory). I'm also gonna try to lift some weights about 2/3 times a week, and hopefully get a DDR mat, so that I can do cardio 3 times a week
Honestly, the best thing that worked for me, was cutting gluten out of my diet. Once you do that for a month, the pounds will continue to drop off, even as you slowly reintroduce gluten back into your diet.
other advice: In the meantime, stay focused. Weight will go up and down constantly (take a dump, eat some food), so always weigh yourself at the same time everyday. Also, don't be discouraged by a few pounds gained..it could mean you're gaining muscle and losing the fat!
i think the time for me to reach my target weight is gonna be september of 2005. It's only 17lbs, but it's gonna take me a while at my current rate (fukking holidays).

How many calories and fat (if any) does cum have. I hate to say it but if it is as much as I think it is, I may have to cut it out of my diet

Conculsion: just need too stop eating out every day and take Jimmys advive on no Gluten and no more Coke a cola just water then maybe get off the pils im on for my high blood pressure..
Also need to work out might go back too kick boxing for cardio or over to freddys for DDR chalanges....

It was to funny yesterday. I go over to his house and there is chocolate everywhere. I'm like "this really isn't good for the diet" he's like "oh I didn't have that much" LOL There were wrappers everywhere and bags open I don't know really how much he ate but I think it is lots

yea man when I saw you at LeSkratch that night of Landin's performance, I was like.. whoa, Julian lost quite a bit of weight! Good job d00der, keep it up!
I put on about 20 pounds in the last year which was by plan...Now I'm workin on getting back into the gym to make sure it doesn't just hang out in one place...lol.
I'm currently....
6'1" and 200 pounds even with 23% body fat (last time I checked).
btw: According to most....the best workout is definately sex....lol. I would totally agree...lol.

I started my last weight plan at 185, now im 205 at 6"2. I'll be starting my next plan for muscle definition, pick up some ISO protein and i'll keep using glutamine. I should have six-pack / kick ass definition for mid june :> :>
