Are both carb legal, and is the ceramic one better for holding in heat then the stainless steel, which would mean better hp?

Ceramic tends to hold heat better but stainless allows better airflow which results in more HP. Both headers are carb legal which means that they will pass smog but may not pass visual because it is an aftermarket header. Thanks!

I Like it but i would have to get rid of it as soon as i had the money for the turbo... so i think i should save the $259 and add it to my turbo funds
