Angry Surrey Honda Problem

OK awhile back I posted on here about how Surrey honda cracked my front left bumper on my BW kit. They fixed it did a crappy ass bondo job but still no biggie was fine then.

So it starts cracking again and the paint is starting to crack really bad
so I take it back today look at it say well it's not are fault look it's been grinding against the ground so were not going to fix it.

You don't understand how Pisses I'm right now, I told them look at the other side theres no crack and the paint isn't chipping even half as bad as the side u cracked. Scott the service Manager said not his fault if I want it fixed it will be $80 nothing hes going to do.

Me: what do u mean theres nothing u can do u cracked it on the first place, it's not a new crack it's the same one.
Scott: oh we didn't even crack it the first time we were just doing it out of curtisy for u.
Me: but u cracked it and you are blameing it on me now.
Scott: it's not are fault say you break your arm, it gets better and u break it again same thing.
Me: no it's not the same thing first u cracked it thats why u fixed it the first time, if a good job was done u wouldn't of had this problem. Second if u take your car to a body shop they do a crappy paint job u take it back and they will have to fix the paint.

I ws getting the pissed off I thought Honda has good customer service but hell no I but a $22k car with taxs and this is the way I'm treated. I asked when the GM will be in said tomm from 9 to 5

So what do u guys think I should do, call ICBC to complain what need some quick help since I'm going there before work tomm..

Reece

you should man. that clearly shows that they were at fault the first time, coz they fixed it. it just shows that they admit cracking it the first time. no shop would do such a job for free out of courtesy.

Reece I believe when I had some problems with Surrey honda I talked to a guy by the name of Aboul. I think he is the serivce manager, manager or someone with authority!

If I were you I would complain to him. No, I mean tear a strip off of him. Make him fix or your going to complain to Honda Canada First, followed by the better business bureau and then every newspaper in town! Then, threaten law suits...

When I first got my car there was some sort of flaw in the paint on the back bumper. Some fat lady in the service department came to have a look at it. She the precided to tell me that I hit some and did it myself. I laughed told her I wanted to speak to a manager. I talked to that Abdual guy and he fixed with no problems and provided me with a car while mine got repainted. I have also had some warranty work done with out any issues...Don't waste your time with the service guys they are there to sell things basically. You need this and that...BLAH BLAH BLAH!

Thanks alot Rob

I went there today I spoke to the GM Nasier wasn't happy but I started saying about how crappy the quality of service is and said to take my car to Able autobody and they will get a quote and fix it. I heard they suck but Nasier said if this happens again once it's fixed its not their problem.

Now I just need to find the tome to get down there after work.
