Thumbs up Garage 5

Hey all,

I just wanted to let everyone know that I have nothing but good things to say about Garage 5. I just ordered some Neuspeed sport springs from them and I'm having them installed on the 28th.

Rob was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend that everyone give them a shout if they need anything done to their, car in the future. Not to mention, how fast he got back to me with the details and prices. Most car shops that I've dealt with have giving me nothing but problems.

I will post pics when I get my rims, springs and camber kit on. Providing Money9 comes out for a photo shoot!

Rob

Ohhh!

I'm sure that I will buy much more for my car in the future from G5.

What's involved in becoming a team member?

I'm not a huge fan of having any stickers on my ride! However, I'm a big fan of getting discounts if you know what I mean...

I have plans on Saturday but just in case I can get out of them where is the show and shine?

CivicGoh,

One more thing, it stats in you bio that you have a reverse indaglo gauges for you car. Is your car a standard? Where did you get the gauges and how much did you pay for them?

Thanks,

Rob

well the show and shine is really close to garage 5 actually its right behind the home depot on bridgeport (viscont way) starts at 12pm till 7pm there is gonna be a bikini show aswell put on by the brandy strippers chek out our website for detail www.importdynamix.com. and being involved in the team u dun really have to worry about stickers cuz our sticker is very very small like maybe the size of ur middle finger and most members just put it on the rear side window. and we want most members to be entering shows with in 1 yr of joining, minimum 2 shows a yr. and basically jsut come out to the meets we have once in a while and come support our members who are in the shows. n we get discounts at other places besides garage 5, they are listed on our website as well. as for my gauges; my car is standard and im not sure but i think my brother bought them off of e-bay. they were i believe pretty much $86-100 shipped to my door. they are silver reverse indiglo gauges but in mph. they look kinda stockish but more of a VW style lighting.

Damm! I was hoping that your indaglo gauges were the ones in kph! I have seen them I just don't know where to get them?

I have not really done that much to my car to make it a show car! Mostly just bolt on stuff!

Is your car on the import dynamix site, cal? If so, which one?

I'm putting rims on it on the 28th.

You tell me is this list enough stuff to put it in a show?

17 inch konig tantrums,Neuspeed sport springs, SPC camber kit, CAI, Front and Rear upper strut bar. lower tie bar. Cleared headlights, Front grill, Short shifter, momo stick shift, ebake and boots. Panasonic deck, phoenix gold amp and subs. APC Euro Tails...My car is a 2k2 sig veloz incase you cared!

Is there some sort of fee to get on your team?

I would want to do a lot more if I was to put it into shows...

well basically we only want memebers in the shows because we want to let ppl know there is a team called importdynamix out there. and ther is a fee its $30 for the initiation and first yr. you get a t-shirt n 2 stickers. we havent figured out a fee for subsquent yrs yet we're thinkin of $10-20. my car is on the ID site its under members rides, my name is calvin. its the white 2k2 civic with the kaminari kit. i think from ur list its presentable. we arent expecting to win any awards right now we jsut want to focus on getin the team stronger and hopefully we'll end up like stage five in the near future

Photo Shoot

Robbie,

Of course I am up for a photo shoot. But if I come out, we got to watch Van Weilder

I am going to buy my rims this weekend, an hopefully picking up some tires in the next week or so! I can't wait to bring home my rims though. I'll have to get in touch with Pukuyo (James) and have him help me with painting my headlights.

Next up tinting.

Just let me know a time (I already know the place) and we'll take some shots.

Cheers
Randy

Hey Randy!

Top Gear Motorsports will be at our event on Saturday and they said that they may be doing on site window tinting. If you are interested come check out the event. It's at Sport Central in Richmond which is behind the Home Depot on Sweden Way (that's were IKEA is). I think they were saying it would be like $140 for 3 windows.

Cheers,

Justin

Tinting

Cheers Justin,

Thanks for the tip. I may just have to pull Rob away from his plans and roll out and check things out. $140 for 3 Windows ain't too bad!

I'll see what the schedule is like and let you guys know, but of course I have to stop and pick up my rims first

I am planning on doing all five windows with a medium grade, so you can still see through them, but it gives the car a dark smoked look to it, that will look sweet with the black car, and the rims.

OK!

I will do my best to get out of my plans. My girlfriend may be a little pissed that why I say when is the next meet? I'm so whipped! Maybe I can convince her to come too!

Rob

I would have to clean my car then!

Is anyone else who is going to be there have like a stock car? I just really want to wait for my rims. I will like to show it off so much more then...2 weeks til my rims are on, I can't hardly wait!
