concept of 7thgen hatch

I was severely disappointed with the outcome of the 7th gen 3dr. It seems in the past that the only difference between hatchbacks and their 2dr & 4dr counterparts, was that they were missing trunks (yes, they had trunk space, but no they did not have an extended rear shell; which is what makes a hatchback a hatchback). The rest of the boddy was practically the same all around. I didn't understand why the fancy Honda engineer didn't just keep the trend. Instead, they decided to just make a totally new design for the 7th generation.

So here is what I kept thinking the 7th gen 3dr should have looked like. It's the coupe, except missing the trunk. The whole rear windshield along with what'st left of the trunk original lid would lift up, as it has in other generations.

Sorry for the altezza. I could not chop it out without messing up the rear.

A lot of rearranging would be in order (I forgot to add the gas tank back in). Perhaps the rear wheels should be moved forward a bit. There's probably a load of problems with trying to do this in real life. For one thing, the car's balance would probably be thrown off.

lol yeah, it reminds me of other hatches, I can't put my finger on which one though.

LoL totally suck. I forgot how to work all the good stuff in photoshop and I always downloaded the 30 day demos. hehe. I didn't download it again. I used MSpaint
