Here's how you do the shadow if you're interested:
1. Assuming you have the girl as her own separate layer, paste her in there again so you have 2 layers of the girl instead of just one. One is going to be her on the car, the second will be her shadow.
2. Go to where it says LOCK above your layers in your layer panel. One of the buttons is going to say LOCK TRANSPARENT PIXELS. This allows you to paint just your layer and nothing behind it. Click it.
3. Grab a black paint brush and paint your girl layer all black.
4. Go back over where it says LOCK and change the opacity to that which would resemble a shadow, maybe 30% or so.
5. Go to EDIT -> TRANSFORM -> SKEW. What you want to do here is distort the image so the feet of the shadow layer is touching the feet of the girl layer but you're going to drag the upper portion of the shadow layer over towards the ground.
so now you should have the girl as her own layer and the shadow as its own layer. And the shadow should be all distorted, black and opaque on the asphalt but will still resemble the girl as it was originally a direct copy. Play with the size of the shadow to depict different times of day relevant to other shadows in the picture. Have fun.
