Does anyone know "FOR SURE" if the blues will work with the GC's? I need to be 100% sure on this one.

^^^^^^Yes they are the Ground Control coilover conversion kit.

oh ok, I wouldn't know but I thought coilovers came w/ shocks I'm gonna hook up my Pro-Kit springs w/ these Blues... Tokico blues are designed for lighter drops

Yes true coilovers do come with the shocks but the GC Kit is just that a kit that lets you adjust the ride height of your vehicle at a more afoordable price than a coilover swap. It also comes with Eibach Pro Race Springs. Here is a link for the EM2.
