also...is it REALLY that much different than any cold air intake? i mean, volant made some pretty crazy claims on power gains, and i know we won't see that on our cars...i'm just wondering, it this one really better than AEM or INJEN or K&N? cause i have a FIPK II right now, and if it is that much better, i'm willing to get the volant.
Thanks man, I really appreciate it. I'm getting my ported head installed and I need this intake to drive up 3 hrs to Chicago. Stock one is half broken.
Just spoke with a rep for Volant and it looks like their 7th gen intakes are about 2 weeks out. We need a strong showing here of who is ready to buy. Please add you names to this thread.
Well I'm getting a fipk cheap from another member most likely, so I don't think I'm in on this. If it turns out to be better than K&N, I may still go for it.

The Volant rep sounded very enthusiastic about these intakes. He said they actually help low end torque. Alot of engineering went into this product guys. I would like to see a before and after dyno chart for a comparison. Maybe I can get one out of them before I establish an account. I'll keep you guys informed.
