anyone have it? can anyone play it? bought it to play on my new laptop, figuring the lowest settings would still work, and it runs and looks worse than doom. doom 1. anyone who plays it, post system specs? eh?

I have it, and yes i have not beat it. I stopped playing right when I started to go inside the island. Have you updated your drivers, and changes your graphic settings in the cards control panel?

I am the kind of guy who plays video games half way through and start on a new one. I then go back to finish them later.

Kind of screwy huh? Cool thing is I always have something new to play.

Yea I need to get with it and start gaming...maybe this weekend I will have a game a thon, play each game for at least one hour each.

i don't have many games with me to play, so i went to the wal-mart here and came down to crysis or company of heroes. damn crysis, can't run it and it looks pretty fun. i'll try drivers, but my card isn't that great. it's an 8600m, and i've been out of the loop of new pc parts only to discovere that the 8 series is already 2 generations old LOL

i play it on an e8400 oc'd to 3.6, 4gbs of 800mhz ddr2 and 512 8800gts. my monitor only displays 1280x1024 so i can play with everything on high.

its not a bad game, but definitely overhyped.

i just picked up gears of war for $20 at circuit city. bioshock for $15 the week before. bioshock is the game to play, if you haven't already. depending on whats in your laptop, it should play bioshock. and play rainbow 6 vegas.

Anywho thanks man, I did my GAME-A-THON today and had fun. I then went to gamestop and traded in my games. I usually have a bad experience but they gave me $10 extra for every two games I brought in, and I took in 6. So I got $101 for 6 old games I picked up metal gear solid 4 and battlefield bad company.

Just what I needed to quench my PS3 game shortage thirst. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.............. ....
