intercooler piping

so im looking to peice together a turbo kit, i found a 16g turbo in my garage from my mitsubishi days and now im looking for an intercooler....i think im gonna go with a spearco, but the piping, doesn it have to mandrel bent or is pressbent ok? also....im still not knowing what to do about the returnless system....can i keep the returnless system and get bigger injectors? if so....... if n 1 has part #'s id appreciate it

You can use press bent, but mandrel bent is going to be best. I'm pretty sure if your turbo puts out x amount of air and there is a restriction in the piping, it would be more prone to surging (kinda like backpressure on an exhaust system). As for the returnless system, you can most likely use bigger injectors and a piggyback fuel computer like GReddy e-manage, or get a standalone ECU like AEM EMS. You could also keep your stock injectors and add an extra injector controlled by a fuel controller. As of right now, I think there is only one person who is working on using just larger injectors and the E-manage (JohnyBlaze?)

if i get bigger injectors can i just use my v-afc to control the fuel?

yea the vafc would work...but bigger injectors are useless unless you have some other secondary fuel pump or fuel system to pump more fuel into those injectors... if it's just like one injector then i guess it's okay but for higher boost, you need more fuel to prevent going lean...
