Turbo AND Nitrous

are there any concerns when adding nitrous to a turbo...or vice versa. i'm a newb to both worlds, so any help would be nice. is there ANY correlation between the two? thnx To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

dont run them at the same time. And dont exceed 9 lbs of pressure on your engine and you should be fine.

and low compression with low boost if i remember correct
i personally wouldn't run both but if any 50 shot max
your engine will blow in no time especially without any internals

There are people with big turbos that use nitrous to help spool them up, but I don't think it's necessary with smaller engines like ours.

I saw a Talon., (Eclipse) at the track with N20 spooling his two turbos. The damn thing was pushing close to 900 HP. (or so he said)

It was sick.

running n20 already is risky with our cars, because its sooo easy to mess internals up. my best advice would get the nitrous express intercooler system, it sprays into the intercooler to lower the temperatre of your engine.
