internals won't add power unless you change your compression, and valve work will help up your redline, surpercharger will get you the most power IF you can get one in but $$$ however internals will allow you to do what ever you want to your car so it can take power (with in reason)

supercharges usually wont get you the most power. The benefit with a SC is there is no turbo lag. But most (read not all) superchargers push about 6psi. Now I'm assuming you can get one that pushes more..but if raw power is what your after (read less linear powerband) then a turbo is the way to go. Another benifet with SC is that it's usually an easier install. Internals are really only needed to help brace the engine for more power. So it isn't a one or the other question..it's a one IF the other question.

My friend has a 2001 gsr with a jackson racing supercharger, 14,000 miles after the shop put his on, the #2 piston had a hole the size of a quarter in it, but it ran really stong for them first 14,000 miles. I would do a turbo instead.

Exactly. I think a turbo would be better though. Check out Cybernation's RSX-S

At only 3 lbs with no internal work: 251 whp. That's like 90whp over stock at only 3psi

Supercharger is good, but a turbo is faster and can be more efficient in the long run

i would go turbo but a supercharger can be more reliable and its power on demand, but really a supercharger wont make that much power in a high rpm, it make most of it power in a lower range vs a turbo makes most of its power in mid to high rpm (depends on turbo eg. spool time, size etc...) also a turbo can push more psi vs a supercharger depends on how much you want to spend
