I don't think it would pass California's smog test, but I don't see why it wouldn't pass emissions. Set it at a low boost setting equal to stock: Less air=less fuel=less emission. If you are scared and want to actually spend some money, (random thought) get a custom midsection made with a highflow cat and put it on the day of emissions for a total of two cats.

But really, as long as you can control your boost, it shouldn't really matter at a low setting. Just an idea. Don't quote me on it.

So to the ppl with turbo, what are you gonna do on the day of emissions??? Don't tell me your going to take all the parts off, then put it back on after emissions test?

If you still have the stock cat on and the sensors are on it you should be fine. If you are really concerned and already have the turbo on get it check by a smog tech and see what pops up. I know there are members with turbo. I saw this civic on the site before but I don't remebr his handle name. Figure who he is and ask him.

yep florida has no emissions testing so we can do whatever we want .. hahahahaha u all suck that live in emissions testing states. hhahahaha
