I have a 2002 civic lx, and it is running 7 psi of boost. I will be dynoing it soon, so i will have numbers. The shop that made my kit is producing them. The owner developed a fuel system for the return less fuel system, and it works great. Contact me if anyone wants any info on getting one of these turbo kits.
Some quick questions, can you please answer them all:
1. Why do you need a return type fuel system if your going to be running low boost?
2. Do you use a boost controller, either a manal or electronic type?
3. Do you still have Air Conditioning?
4. Any clearance problems with the turbo ie. front subframe cross-member below A/C condensor?
5. How much for the manifold?
6. How much for the whole kit?
Im very interested but i want numbers, what parts are you running, how much, does it come with intercooler. IM very interested but lets SEE what your talking about before it goes any further.

noob, noob, noob. I believe guy! The hardest thing to get a turbo running on our cars is fabricating the exhaust manifold correctly so that you don't loose your a/c. Theres very little room done there for anything. If he went to a shop, and they're good, you've got turbo. The rest is pretty easy as long as you're running low boost.
Catalyst, I've seen your pics!!! The workmanship is awesome! Good choice on the design of the manifold. I KNOW you didn't loose a/c because of it. Please ignore 75shot and any other non-believers for the time being, then straigthen him out with the pics.
Edit: No, don't ask me where I got them, let him enjoy posting them!!!

If it isn't broken then take it apart and make it better.
First off 75shot, it isn't excatly new taht civics get turbocharged and our 7th gens arent any different so I suggest you cut down on the sarcasm. Second, eventhough it sounds interesting, what good is a turbocharged 7th gen engine? Most street legall kits make 50-60 more hp so we're talking like 175-185 for an EX engine. I much rather drop in an RSX type-R engine and not deal with the lag in the turbo.
