ok. im hooked up already.
setup:
d16w7....asia version of a destroked d17
vitaras
stock bottm
vr4 injectors, 390cc, else fuel system is stock
y8 mani with tb port matched 64mm
td04l
custom mani at 2 inch
2 inch crush bent dp
2.5 inch crush bent exhuast
emanage ultimate
intercooled
actuator at 0.8 bar
but i have a problem here. ill get the AFR graph tmr. i guess im running too rich man. consumption is ****. and the engine temp is like always stuck at the lowest pt. just a tad higher. thats an indication right. but hooking back to the dyno cost a lot. was thinking if the tuner is able to scale the tuning without running it on a dyno. and im just wodering how far can the stock pump support up to? he did mentioned that the afr fluctuates...is my setup safe with regards to fueling and power on a stock motor? too low a power to be achieved?

Rep Power: 280 converted to american standard..
217 hp 239.01 ft lbs
.8 bar = 12 psi -/+
thats pretty damn impressive. good numbers.. you got the ultimate working for your car,is that ecu supported?

Rep Power: 0 hmm.yeah. ive got the ultimate hooked up and starrting. according to the tuner here. i need an ignition module in order to manipulate with the ignition timings. are the #s alright? the grpah looks weird... the other d series are pulling way much power that im having. i dont have a return. and the AFR at high revs seems unstable. sotck pump as well. so i have no idea what really went wrong. currently got a CEL/ speculating the map sensor sees boost and limit my rev to 4k... it basically bogs after that. and cant accel pass 4k...

Rep Power: 280 does it bog or does it sit at 4k rev rev rev rev..? you either can use the map clamp on the emanage or get the missing link check valve so that the map sensor doesnt see boost.

Rep Power: 0 ok. basically it allows me to rev up to 4k and slightly above. the car bogs a little then the rev comes down...sort of a rev limiter kinda feel
or could it be vtec? my friend has a cel for vtec as well. and the tuner disconnected it. will there be any issue?

Rep Power: 0 2 questions. firstly, i have an actuator... and on the dyno it spikes up to 1 bar and down to 0.8 bar for a while then drops further... but 0.8 bar is the max that i wanna go. so i was thinking withough changing the actuator.. can i just screw it a little lose so that it will start to bypass earlier meaning that boost will be lowered. and thereby using my electronic controller to be set at 0.8 bar. is it feasible?
another thing is i have no return fuel. and ive swop my fuel pump. but the mech says that my fuel lines need to be swop true? towards the high rev. the AFR seems inconsisten. and thats worrying me.

Rep Power: 280 stock fuel lines should be sufficient for what you are doing. i would do a return line so you could adjust your fuel pressure or even a boost referencing regulator that adds fuel according to boost pressure. im assuming you are still using the stock regulator? is that one in the tank as the d17 or is it in the engine bay like previous generations? the AFR is inconsistant at higher rpms but is it leaner than what it should be.
