Stopped by the shop today and took some more pics. They are finishing up the AC and Powersteering lines. They finished the intercooler piping but still needs the BOV installed. They were going to take the car in today to get the imobilizer flashed but they said they had to order a part to get the hydrolic clutch to work. I also noticed they need to order some EP radiator fans to fit the Koyo EP radiator.
I'm going to stop by tommorrow to take some more pics. Hopefully the car will be done soon. This heat wave is killing me and my van has no AC.
i have to state the obvious, your car currently is and will be freakin' amazing when this is all done. i mean, d17 to k20z1 turbo! that's a helluva difference but ford aerostar van to that monster... WOW haha. again, on the ride and if i ever see you on the east coast 4 u

Thanks EclecticVISIONS. Yea I didn't know what I was thinking buying that Ford Aerostar.
I stopped by the shop to check up on the car. Well since the Koyo aftermarket radiator is thicker the EP fans would not fit. I have to go with some aftermarket fans which are on order. I also asked the shop to order a Walbro 255 pump. I couldn't take any good pictures because the car was too high on the lift.
Well I was hoping the car would be done by now, but it's good to know this shop is making sure everything is done right. I'll keep the updates coming.

WELCOME to the k20 boosted civic club. It's gonna feel great when you get the car back. tight fitting all those goodies under the hood.
quick question on your a/c lines. Did you get custom ones? I still need some for my car.
Thanks Kornsined. I remembered Henry saying that he was able to mix and match most of the AC lines from the rsx, vic and Si. The one from the compressor the to the condenser he was talking about he may have to do a custom line by cutting the RSX line and my stock line and welding them together. I didn't ask him if that's what he actually end up doing. Sorry, I wish I could give you more info.

Thanks bOoStEd042dr. For sure I'll be keeping the lip kit. The wheels are Centerline Excels Forged 18x7. They are light for 18's and pretty strong. Have hit some pot holes really hard and they didn't bend.

If you happen to get a chance, ask the guy. I'd be very interested to know. How much longer until completion of the car?
