Hi everyone,

Stopped by the shop again. They are waiting to get a subframe in. They can't seem to location one yet. I may have to buy one from the dealer soon. They are now installing some material for heat shielding. Here's a few pics.

Thanks guys for the positive comments. I'll keep you'all posted.

Hi everyone, just stopped by the shop again. The subframe came in last week. They did some work on the car today. The engine and tranny is put together and ready to be dropped in the car tomorrow.

I had to buy some stage 2 aftermarket axles because I couldn't find any OEM Si axles. Also picked up a Koyo Si aftermarket radiator.

Henry at the shop is hoping to have the wiring done by this weekend. I'll keep you all posted. Here is a few more pics.

Thanks for the positive comments.

Even if you had found OEM Si axles, You would probably be upgrading to aftermarket axles after the first pass you got traction

That's awesome man. The shop doing the work looks like they're pretty competent. I don't know of any shops here that would be able to do a swap like that.

Anyways, can't wait till it's done...

I agree with you there. It's better to be safe than sorry.
