My turbo has been in for a while now and seems to be running nicely. However, my Apex'i EGT gauge shows that during full throttle I hit about 800 C. Is that too hot? If so, does that mean I'm running lean? And finally, what can I do to fix it if right now I'm broke and can't afford DYNO?
Thanks in advance,
Zach

I don't hear anything bad coming from the engine at all. The only reason I was asking was because my EGT was at around 800C at full throttle, and that seemed a little high. I know that everything can handle up to 870C without problem, and thus I have my warning indicator at 840C, but I thought 800C was a little high. I have no problems except for the EGT being at 800C.
Hook up a wideband and find out. Also how many cc/min are stock 7th gen injectors? Its not a problem with boost levels. Besides possibly running too lean its a power problem. Is it tuned at all?
