seems right to me. If I had my car or camera Id take some pics. I had it towed....again today. My friend that works at Midas has tomorrow off, so hopefully he'll work on it tonight and tomorrow and finish up soon.
the fuel line is distinctive because it as a black connector on both sides with a green clip. You press the green clip in, then gently pull it off.
I think it should look like a tube comming out of firewall and leading towards intake manifold where it will be distributed accordingly...
U may be confused about fuel rail, to I just need fuel line to tap in tube connector for my additional tsi injectors.
as per sensor, int it sized metrics?
are all sensors have same caliber "nut"?
You should only have one line going to the fuel rail. So just follow that one line back and that is you fuel line. Like turboengnr said its the one with the green clips on it. The line that runs alone the fuel rail (looks like it is made on to it) I think that is the fuel evaporator line or something like that.
EDIT: found picture from other member on this site
please look at the pic and tell me if this is fuel feed line (metal tube with gray clip above injector plug)
I'm currently installing TSI kit...
Please hepl me to locate fuel line...
I think it is made out of metal, going along injector connectors, then metal patr ends and begins as a robber hose, then at the firewall connects to the metal hose again and dissapers behind firewall. Is this it, or I'm wrong?
Do you guys know the nut size for oil pressure sensor? I'think its 23, but I'm not sure.
No, that is not your fuel line that is your vacumm line for idle control.
Then fuel line is right next to that other line by the fire wall.
Do you have a service manual?
If not you'll realy need one !
Is your bible if you are tubocharging your car.
Will save you lots of $$$$
and headaches

I made pics and id possibls, tell me if I'm right....

as for the water lines i used the lines from the throttle body heater lines there are perfect size. and i bought a eagle vacuum manifold and tapped in to the brake booster line , an dnot sure on the oil pressure sender ...

the line you have shown for the vaccum looks correct.
And that line you have looks to be the correct line for fuel. Just double check to make sure they have the black/green clips on them. The fuel line is the only line on the car with those clips.

Yep, I got it now, connected all lines yesterday. You were right on the wrench size...
Thanks for all your help!

What alls left? Hows it coming along? Not many fitment issues at all, huh? Just the turbo manifold needs a little grinding, but thats not that difficult. Have you dont the manifold/piping or wiring yet?

Thanks for asking man.
Yes, its comming together, but slowly. Mainly myself at fault, either cant spend enough time or when i'm in search of needed tools.
Yes I has few fitment issues: one was the manifold, took me about 30 min to grind it of with a flat file, the oil pressure sensor extension did not not have compatible threads and it was kind of difficult to attach air intake rubber pipe to the turbo..other minor thing was thet engine block ventilation hose was of a small diameter, but its fixed now.
So what I have done so far: installed all elctronics, connected turbo with all hoses, drilled oil pan and put it back (that was a bitch, most difficult task so far), finishe installing fuel injector's extention.
The only things that remain are exaust pipes (a and b), cat back, all intercooler's stuff, I hope to finish all of it tonight, OH AND TO PUT OIL IN THE ENGINE! .
Help me with this:
2 injectors have black and red wires. Is red wire +12V and black goes to "computer"?
The rubber intake pipe has sharp bend and creates distortion in the airflow, is this how yours set up as well?
yeah, red goes to the battery directly. and the black goes to the FIRST brown wire. Dont touch the other 3. Just hook up both black wires to the first brown I think its wire #2?
Yeah, my breather hose didnt fit either, and getting the intake on was a BITCH! Ive taken it off/on a couple times in the last couple weeks. Its a pain in the ass. I need to get a new tube that fits nicer. If you notice it pinches the upper radiator hose a little bit. A metal/aluminum or whatever piping would be better, and not cause it to do that. I think it has a nice airflow though, shouldnt be too pinched. Its a crappy fitment though. If you have an old intake, see if you can make it work, try cutting some of it off or whatever you have to do.
Its not too much of a prob, my car overheats occasionally, but no smoke, just gets hot and I turn the car off.
I see the hose that you're illustrating in your pics for the vacuum hose. However, the tubes that I have and the 2 T-connectors are for hoses MUCH smaller than that one. I guess I'm just missing something. Any other suggestions?
