For those who are having trouble with the TSI Fuel Unit, try this out and see if it helps any.
1. Gray-RPM Signal.. i connected that to the blue wire that is in the hood by the negative terminal
2,3,4,5. Brown- connect that to the negative wire for the injector.. other side is connected to 12 volt postive battery
6. Green- No Connection
7. Black- Ground
8. Blue- Hand Brake- I took off the middle console and theres this little clip by the hand brake that is connected to a metal piece, and there are 2 wires leading from it, I simply took off the plastic clip, stuck the wire in the clip, and connected it back to the metal piece.
9. White- Ignition on 12V. Under the stearing wheel, there are thick wires, i connected this to the Black with yellow stripe wire.
10. Red- Battery 12V- There is the fuse box in the hood, and in the row closest to you when your infront of the car are 2 large screws, they are 12V sources, i unscrewed them and stuck the wire in there.
11. No Connection
12. Connect to ACC on 12V- Under the stearing column, it is the Black with Red stripe wire.

Damn, I didnt see this in time. I still have a few more to do. I can show you how I wired them. Do you want to see the spot I tapped into, or how the wires are tapped into? Ill go arond and show you where I hooked up all the wires.
The 12v power (red wire) I need to hook up to the ignition harness. I am thinking it is the plain white wire. Ill find out.
hehe, yeah, I love my BOV, too. Sounds freakin clean. I am gonna be getting eManage for my B-day. I dont want to keep setting my ICU everytime I get in the car though, until May 26. I will have eManage by than.
Just rewired everything, and still doesnt work, I have 2 of their ICUs and none are working. I dont know where the wiring is messed up. Everytime I redo it though, I see things that are wrong. (i didnt wire). BUt its all being fixed as I find it .
No, the 12V power source, connect it to the fuse box by the engine bay, its those 2 screws, use the one on the LEFT. let me knows what happens after that
I hope no little kids are around me while Im working on my car. Im screaming cuss words so f***in loud. IM not joking either. I swear they can hear me 10 houses away.
This sucks, screw this, screw civics, screw turbos, screw automotive performance, screw everything with cars period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PS: any more help? I cant keep setting my car up, Ill kill somebody
I am gonna try changing the parking brake wire. lol. I know it probably wont make the biggest difference, but I wast old that it should go in like yours, into the actual clip. So I will see if that works, but that should have nothing to do with it resetting, only with the turbo timer safety. and that works fine for me.
I can hook up one of the wires to a constant, and have it on all the time, but that could drain my battery. Is anybody elses on all the time? It wouldnt think it should be, and I doubt the turbo timer would even work.
