you can get a flange for $30 mild steel from a few places. you can get Sched 10 304L pipe from
www.mcmaster.com for about $5.50 each, or sched 40 if you want, but sched 10 is plennnnnnty strong IF welded correctly. Dont listen to what some people on here say, sched 10 is more than enough, 16guage is strong enough if welded correctly. thats what I am using. im assuming your making a log manifold so you dont need to worry about making a collector jig, just cut a hole with a torch or whatever you want to use.
Im in the process of making a tubular top-mount manifold for a T3/T4 with a full 3" DP and exhaust. should have pics in the upcoming 2-3 weeks when its all completed.
