Installed my e-Manage today and...

Wow.

For cheaper than a VAFC it's wayyyy better.
The ignition timing is good to have, plus the fuel management is a lot more precise. At first it was kind of scary, but youll like it.

The install was pretty tough, wiring a whole bunch of ECU wires in a VERY tight spot was pretty scary but it all worked out.

I wired the ignition and injector harness set it to 4-8-C and the car runs perfect. I didn't wire the VTEC, but it still runs like a champ.

Perfect idle, runs great under load, no check engine lights...

the only problem I had was taht the e-Manage threw the VTEC input error code(Cause VTEC wasn't hooked up), anyone know how I can bypass that?

Aside from that everything worked out great, special thanks to Opto, Dezod, and C20, and a few others!

yeah Dezod..I'm not sure if my pump is working properly.....gotta run some checks with pressure gauge, wideband to see if i'm running to lean or rich. Then it's time for emanage on top of the vortec fmu and inline pump.

Save your $$ now. If you getting our kit, it's included.

Yes it's a piggyback fuel unit that is much more powerful than the V-AFC2.

BTW is your sig intended toward me?

work on me with this)"

haha... no... it wasnt intended for you... the intention of "work on me with this" has 2 meanings but i coudnt fit it all.... first meaning is financialy and willingness to buy.. second is i aint no genious.. especially with the 7th gens.. i have had a boosted 98 before and that was a pain in the butt but it seems like that was nothing compared to what the 7th gens have to go through to gt boosted.. seems like a nightmare

oh yea.. i forgot.. i dont know if you remember or not but i did a head swap to add vtec to my dx engine..which means that i needed the vafc2 to supply the vtec signal to the head since i didnt do an ecu swap and that stuff.. with that in mind does that mean i can still use the vafc2 to control the vtec and still run the emanage OR can the emanage run the signal to my head as well?
