oh yea.. i forgot.. i dont know if you remember or not but i did a head swap to add vtec to my dx engine..which means that i needed the vafc2 to supply the vtec signal to the head since i didnt do an ecu swap and that stuff.. with that in mind does that mean i can still use the vafc2 to control the vtec and still run the emanage OR can the emanage run the signal to my head as well?
The E-Manage should be able to do the same thing. You just have to get the V-TEC option working on the settings in the E-Manage. No one has really gotten it to work on the 7thgen.....

I ordered my emanage from www.streetlevelperformance.com and later on will order the support tool along with ignition harness and in the mean time i am looking for some type s injectors.

and that pisses me off too!.....MF wont tell me either, its my damn car
I've PMed Dezod for a fix on this....He may be the first to try it. If it works, than we'll reveal how it works. I don't want to just "give this out" if it doesn't work - a lot of you will be either mad or could damage something. Soooo - hopefully he will try it and see. It is quite simple really....
To get rid of the VTEC error... Go to your parameter setttings. Make sure the VTEC box is unchecked. After you unchecked it, click confirm. Then click export.

The ignition timing is good to have, plus the fuel management is a lot more precise. At first it was kind of scary, but youll like it.
The install was pretty tough, wiring a whole bunch of ECU wires in a VERY tight spot was pretty scary but it all worked out.
I wired the ignition and injector harness set it to 4-8-C and the car runs perfect. I didn't wire the VTEC, but it still runs like a champ.
Perfect idle, runs great under load, no check engine lights...
the only problem I had was taht the e-Manage threw the VTEC input error code(Cause VTEC wasn't hooked up), anyone know how I can bypass that?
Aside from that everything worked out great, special thanks to Opto, Dezod, and C20, and a few others!

what I posted above should fix it so that you can use vtec with the emanage....
