we work on our refund. Its been almost a week since i got a "tracking number" but nothing has been dropped off. If the kits were done and they were ready to get these out to us like they say they are then we should have already seen the info change on UPS. IT HASNT, so in reality nothings changed since they told us they were done almost two weeks ago.
i spoke with mike last night.... i hope it was mike cause i was a lil tipsy when he called me.... but amongst other things we talked about, he told me that the rest of the kits were shipped out already.

Yeah - funny how he calls you when you have nothing ordered, yet neglects to call his customers. He is playing the same game as before, billing information received does not mean shipped - it means that they have submitted a request for pickup from UPS at their shop - UPS hasn't picked up SQUAT...
