has anyone demanded a refund yet? or are ppl still gonna wait for their kits?
I have tried to, but it seems Mike B and Mike S don't want to talk to me....All I can say is that I hope they get in contact with me before I go the legal threats route (aka lawyer).
i am happy with my kit but if i may just give some advice to catalyst double check the little stuff ...... cause when i got my kit it was missing alot of little things which wasnt a big deal but i had to run to auto barn and pepboys at least 3x and spend about 40bucks on cuplngs (sp), t-fitting, some bolts for the manifold, wiring ... so just double check....
although i too had to wait for my kit, i have to say it was worth it in the end.
i am very happy with my kit and the way it came out.

oh yeah I got some paint thinner and a wire brush and took the SF off my IC
it was painted red...my car is blue...maybe I have someone's kit
everything will be taken care of soon... they're in the process of expanding their business to better suit all of our needs.... turbo kits will be made in less than half the time and cheaper.... the group buy couldn't have happend at the worst time for them...
Those lines have been fed to us before, and do nothing to appease myself, or anyone else that has been waiting months and months.
I consider myself lucky to have dealt through truehonda, rather than directly with SF. I haven't gotten to the point of getting a refund, but have already arranged a date with Eddie regarding this issue (July 1st, which is WAY more than reasonable).
And if I get a shoddy kit with a bunch of missing parts, it's going straight back. I don't have the time nor the inclination to deal with something like this, especially considering that I paid over $3000 UP FRONT for it.

We know you are pissed. Hell, I would be on a plane out there if they had 3k of my money. You have every right to be. However, this is not a "I HATE SF" Forum. It is a Forced Induction/ Swap forum for people to learn about boosting / swapping their 7thGen. And if they haven't learned that it will take (over) six months to get a SF kit, then they can't be helped period. I am in no way defending SF, but this needs to STOP.
SF Power has been suspended. Catalyst obviously doesn't post and when he does, it's to give an update (whether truthful or not). Banning him will solve nothing since he's the only way SF communicates apparently (sad but true).
If Catalyst posts something, fine. If you hear from either Mike, fine. If you get your parts or kit, fine. If it doesn't happen, then each thread bitching about SF will be deleted.

Thanks for posting an update. Can you give an update on my turbo kit. The red one going to Texas, last time I spoke to you 2 weeks ago you said it was going o be shipped that afternoon, and you were going to email me a tracking number. Didn't get it yet. Has it been shipped yet. I am moving to Canada soon, so I need it right away.

yours isnt the only red piping kit to go to Tx. I have a rallye red piping, upgraded tubo and equal length manifold coming to Houston. Hopefully.
Good news for now - I actually got a hold of Mike S....The plan is to either have my parts shipped to me by Friday - or I get my refund. Mike said he would attempt to call me back tonight with shipping info if the manifold is going out. Crossing my fingers...Wish me luck everyone.
