Well, its a week before christmas - and all of my parts (minus my SF manifold, etc - hint hint catalyst, get back to me please!) are on their way!
Thanks to Showtyme, I finally got my custom injectors from Venom ordered. For those of you that are interested in the part number, here it is:
VNM-HP621-043
Just give this to Summit Racing when you order. Mine cost, including shipping + misc charges, $358. Not a bad deal!
So far, my total running cost of my custom setup is in the ballpark of $3761. Of course, this isn't including the E-manage, fuel hose, fittings, or fuel rail (waiting to see what venom is going to do). So add on another $800 or so for those parts. Total should be somewhere around $4700, for everything, minus tuning.
My setup will include:
-Tial 35mm wastegate
-SF Power manifold/dumptube/oil lines
-Spearco intercooler
-Walbro 255 fuel pump
-Venom 390 cc injectors
-HKS SSQ BOV
-Custom 2.5" stainless steel, mandrel bent piping from the turbo compressor discharge to intercooler
-Custom 3" stainless steel mandrel bent piping from air filter to compressor inlet
-Garrett T3 "Super 60" turbo
-Weapon R catch can
-Aeromotive FPR 13101 with Marshal 0-100 PSI pressure gauge
-Autometer gauge pod with 0-100 PSI oil gauge, fuel ratio gauge, and custom boost gauge
-Greddy E-Manage
Like I said, the only thing left for me is my manifold, fuel rail, and hoses / fittings.....
Can't wait to start boostin'!

Well, since I have off of work for traveling for a while now I plan on trying to take pictures of the whole thing.
I think the best thing to do regarding the fuel tank is to possibly buy the fuel "filter" assembly from majestic honda so that I can drill and tap it..
This would make things easier when I start to take things apart...who knows tho.
make sure you keep us posted. Definitely seems like a nice setup.

More photos of parts that came (to make you jealous).....
Vacuum manifold....going to be tapped off of the brake booster line. Everything gets connected to it (BOV, wastegate, etc)....McMaster Carr, $27 as seen...
watch out, me and boosted2k2 have both had fuel lines pop off right there bc of pressure, so if for some reason in the near future, and i say near bc it was not a weak after boosted did his in tank pump it poped off, check there first
DO NOT tap the break booster line. It has a 1 way valve right in the manifold. You will have nothing but 20 in of vaccume all the time. Believe me, that was the first mistake i made while turboing my car.

May I ask where you tapped the brake booster line? According to the Helm manual, the check valve is in the booster line (I can see it in the photo, and can feel it in the hose) - check pg 19-18.....

Awesome awesome choice in boost controllers. I used this on my turbo 93 civic hatch and worked great with no flaws for 2 years until it was sold. Now my friend has been using it on his gsx for a good 2 years. Maintains near perfect boost.
