i want to know how rapidly the price for the k20a2 is dropping, and if supply is catching upo with demand. also, if it would be wise to wait alittle bit if the price drops significantly to be able to actually not be broke after buying a new engine.

actually i would suspect the price to go up, bc the demand is about to be going way up with all the publicity, magazines saying k20 and k24 are the new wave of modifying
No you are wrong. The k20a3 is in those cars, the k20a2 is in the RSX-S. 160hp vs 200hp there is a big difference. Lots of k20a3 should be available but don't expect the k20a2 to drop any time soon.

Yes, the price will drop. People will begin to move to the k24 and other things, so the demand will drop a little, which will then cause the prices to fall on the k20 which inturn will pull people back to the k20 engine. Thats how the engine market goes up and down. The demand is what makes the prices fall and rise.

Yea but soon enough people will start making turbo a3's due to the lower compresion ratios therefore high boost. Trust me it's going to be the same thing with the B-Series. Start expecting many Frankenstien swaps soon and prices dropping.
