Please post more information regarding the alcohol / water injection system!
I am really interested in the alcohol / water injection system that comes with SFPower's kit. Does anyone have any pictures of it? How does it mount to the turbo kit? I've read good things about water / alcohol injection.
Other questions I have:
1. What octane gas do you need to use to run higher boost with the alcohol?
2. Where do you store the alcohol / water mixture, and how long does it approximately last?
3. Can it be turned on / off for running lower boost, daily driving?
Anything else I should know?

1. i'd use 91 or higher to prevent predetonation... i think 89 would be alright since the alcohol/water would cool the charge but just to be safe i'd only use 91...
2. theres a tank where the mixture is kept and it last as much as you use it...
3. it only activates when hitting boost or at wide open throttle, i'm sure you can put a switch on it and turn it off if you want to...
As far as I know from what Mike told me on the phone, this is what you have to do to install it... Ill post pics tonight but remember, I am not SURE if this is exactly how to do it. I'll just try to remember what Mike told me. I still have to hook it up...
1. Flush your winshield washer fluid 2 times with water. Drain, fill, flush, repeat.
2. Take the winshield hose and hook it up on the backside of the intake bonnet.
3. On the intake bonnet there is this black motor thingy. attach a wire to one of the terminals (it doesnt mater which one) and then to ground.
4. Snip the white wire from the denso motor attached to the washer container. (driver's side front)
5. Attach another wire on the black motor thingy to the white wire you snipped.
That is all I remember and I am not even sure if that is all right. I am awaiting on instructions myself. I need to know what mixture goes into the washer container, etc... I am also curious as to how it works...
I'm thinking that because it is attached to the intake bonnet, some how the part where it actually goes into the bonnet atomizes the fluid that goes through it, thus cooling the charge? But if so, won't water harm the engine??? Don't flame me, I don't know... help anyone?

Why did you even bother to post here for if you have nothing to add? I posted this question in the forum so that everyone who has questions about this will get them answered (that way Mike isn't inundated with PM's, which I'm sure he probably is already).
Most water injection systems use the stock windshield washer bottle, not a bad idea. Still need some pictures. I'm just wondering how come the cost of the system is so little compared to some other systems out there (most are $250+).

no the water will not hurt the motor, in fact it will almost steam clean the cylinders.... hydrolocking only occurs when mass amounts of water are consumed at one time, a lil spray mixed with alcohol won't don't any harm... especially with the air being as hot as it is during boost or at WOT....

some are more sofisticated than others... other than that... who cares... it's the same deal with a nice price.... Mike knows how to hook it up... heh
hmmm. i think you and i are the only few that have this yet, yourinmyworld. i will post pix of it tonight. i promise. ill even do a diy for the sf kit.
