Running vacuum for turbo

I'm getting serious flutter and I've read that it's technically compressor surge. Obviously that's bad. I just installed the turbo system and want to make sure my vacuum setup is correct.

I first cut my brake booster vacuum hose in half. I then reconnected the ends of that hose to a vacuum manifold.

I have a line going from cold side turbo, through MBC "T" with the arrow being the direction of flow towards the wastegate. From the "T" a line goes to the arrow on MBC. The other nipple on MBC is then ran to my vacuum manifold.

Then, I have a line gong from the BOV to the vacuum manifold.

Is this correct?

Re: Running vacuum for turbo

$20 says you cut the brake booster line on the wrong side of the check valve
