Rep Power: 0 Should i do it?
I am buying a 95 hatch SI from a guy that had a b18c1 engine in it for $1200, he said he would sell me the entire swap other than the trans. for an extra $1000. The only thing that may be wrong with the engine is a lifter or valve. Should i go ahead and pay the extra $1000 for the engine or just buy the car and get a different engine. By the way right before he took the engine out it ran a 13.6 quarter mile.

Rep Power: 583 $2,200 for a hatch that already has a b18 gsr motor in it ? I'd say do it and build up the motor since you have to rip it apart anyway.
