I got into a little race with a guy in a BMW (I think it was a 318). We had a nice section of 290 with no cars around and we just nailed it. The first time we hit it he got the jump on me but I caught him quickly. The second time we nailed it at the same time and I got him by 5 or 6 car lenghts easy before we came up on traffic and had to slow down.
By this time im almost at Hillside with my exit fast approaching and like a Bat out of Hell some guys in a Mustang are flying up. He gives me the look but ma ma didnt raise no fools so I start to go for the exit.
Well I guess the BMW guy wanted more so he tried the Mustang, Big mistake. I did catch the whole thing but from the 5 seconds I saw the Mustang just destroyed this guy.
I have been in that situations before when you just get your ass handed to you and its not a good feeling.
Im looking forward to the day when I can take on a Stang and not get the crap beat out of me.

Really good times at the meet. Good to see the two turbo vics. supa gotta get the pics up bro. there were more cars than i expected. too bad alot of people left so we couldnt get a big group shot of the 30+ cars. i say the next meet in march or april?

I had a great time today. I am #8 on the EP3 pic. Hell I could not even remeber my screen name when I had to log in just now. I had my pc set up to autolog in, but with a computer crash I lost that and I had to relog in.
I had some of the most fun leaving hooters and just trying to keep up with everyone. My stock EP trying to keep up with the RSX-S and a moded Civic was some fun. I did it but I had to work at it.
BTW I hate you guys with the turbos now. I wanted one before I came to the meet, but now I REALY want one bad. Darn you guys.
BooHOO !~!!! I had to leave and go to work before the panoramic pic . Next year for sure. nice to see some faces and match them with the handles. Nice cars everybody.

haha damn i lost on the way home again.. went to hwy 90. took forever to get home. late for wedding. just came back at 11pm. tired as hell.

Oops, sorry guys. In pic 23 where it's all the Si's there's a car with its hood open. That's my EX. I didn't know people were moving their cars by then so my EX got stuck in there with all the Si's. Heh. Oops.
What a great meet this was. Some of us went to eat at Hooters afterwards. There were some great cars there, and we got a good turnout. I'm so jealous of the turbo vics now. Anyway, it was good meeting you guys and I'll get some pics uploaded here soon.
I also got back late and had the hardest time finding the way home. Everyone drives so fast--I was the only one going speed limit. Can't afford another ticket.

Speed limits we don't need no stinkin speed limits. LOL
I do have to say some people do drive fast. I try to keep up but it is hard. I have not had a ticket for over 5 year "knocking on wood right now" and I want to keep it that way. For some reason the day I took home my EP I know I am going to get a ticket in this car. Just waiting for it to happen.
