hey guys i need some help
u gave a soeed stream modem for my dsl. my provider is sbc.
there are four lights on my modem. pwr, dsl, act, enet. just today my act and enet light blink really fast at the same time. i never had that before. and my internet just shuts down and i have to turn off my modem and turn it on again to reconnect.
any ideas whats up? i dont want to deal with the stupid sbc people.

Probably an ISP issue. Try unplugging your modem completely for about 5 mins and "power-cycling" it. If its still doing it after the power-cycle, hop on the phone and start the ranting
I just installed an SBC DSL line across an office network and mine never did that.
I would check...
-That you have a filter installed in the wall socket
-Try plugging it into another electric socket to make sure there isnt a problem with that socket
-Did you put in the CD and go through the wizard installation process?
