Can anyone recommend a good RPG? I loved playing FF series and others like xenogears and breath of fire.
If anyone knows any like this or knows of a different style game but it is still a good rpg let me know.
So far I haven't seens any games that compare[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/IMG]

Does XenoSaga have any relation to XenoGear for PS1?
SOrry I haven't play much video games since like grade 12.........I played XenoGear..and it was awesome....

so far no, i'm about 15 hours into the game....and so far there arent none, but there are a few similar relations, like shion has the same last name as citan from xenogears, but as far as the story, i dont see any relation...probably because the rights to xenogears belongs to square and xenosaga was published by namco...i deno..
btw since noone has any good ideas on an xbox rpg..i did think of one..u can get phanasty star online episodes 1 n 2 for xbox.

There are no relations between Xenogears and Xenosaga. If you remember correctly Citans name is not really Citan. He just changed it to Citan when he left Solaris. His real name is Hyuga Riceadu (sp). Xenosaga is a whole different game but it's really good.
As for RPGs for the Xbox. There's not alot for the Xbox but Phantasy Star Online is coming out for it. It's an RPG where you can play as single player or online with thousands of other people.
there is only one that i have seen so far that is a true RPG. in the mean time, i've been trying to get by on Baulders Gate (pretty fun, but WAY to easy) and Hunter (fun, really gorey, but hard as s*it!)
speaking of which, anyone know any good other good multiplayer coop games like the ones listed above for xbox? my gf and i have fun playing the above two, but there isn't much else out there. i'm going to try and find the title of the one that i know is a true rpg... i saw it at used store last week...
Morrowind is out on the X. I think there is some other crappy little ones around. PSO is coming out, but apparently you have to have X Live to play the single player. And some Fable game is coming out.

Morrowind is pretty good, and it is only $20.00 at EB. I am playing it now. It came out last year but you really can't even tell that it is an older game. Oh and by the way, Fable on the xbox is not just "some game" it is THE GAME. Comes out next year so you will have to wait a little while, but I think it is going to be worth it. Check out xbox.com for free video clips.
