Okay, I had half life somewhere, but don't know if I can find it, so I may be without a CD key.
I'd like to get back into playing counterstrike again, but don't know if I will have to buy it so I have a CD key or not.
Anyone know a multiplayer game I can either play for free/download free? Or if I go and buy the PC game in the store, it allows free online multiplayer?
What games are good that are out there right now for online multiplayer? Anyone know where I can see a free demo? How are the servers and ping rates? Do you suffer lots of lag?

battlefield 1942 is the best one out I think but I play Unreal Tournament all the time. I'm getting UT2k3 today so I'll be trying it out. Does that help any?
Unreal Tournament Rules!!! It is great fun. UT2k3 is lame. I wouldn't get it if I was you. They replaced the sniper rifle with the lightning gun in UT2k3.
Tons of matches on UT. I might not be able to beat you in a race, but I could frag you all day long in UT.
Anyone heard about the army online game that the government created? America's army or something?
So I know CS is still running, but does anyone here play it? I have considered UT, but I liked CS style because you had to be more tactful. UT seems like it's more of a "get a gun and don't stop shooting" kinda game.

its called AmericasArmy operations and its wikked. the graphics are great and connectivity is good. go to americasarmy.com and the best part is that its totally free.

I play CS all the time. 2 years and running[IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]. There is another half-life mod called Natural Selection which is ok too.

I have America's Army too. The graphics are good and it's realistic... but it is so boring IMO. If you die and there are still people on your team playing, you will be waiting forever. Other than that I'd give it

Most of them are probably on diablo 2 or warcraft 3 etc... I still love all of those games
