i got a friend that works at the apple store, so he could hook me up with a discount, and i could get a student discount through my university. but its still gonna be expensive as fawk.

since im using photoshop/indesign/illustrator so much i wouldnt mind dropping the cash....if i had it.. its unbelievable how much faster it is on a mac. i get mad everytime i do work on my pc. but it'd still use this pc next to it. oh man, that'd be a sweeeeeet setup.

anyone wanna donate like 2g's?

yeah, if your doing work with that stuff you can wait hotek. Adobe has not put out a double binary version of Suite CS2 yet, so it runs just as fast on the single processor systems as of now...

Well, my new edition to my desktop. Just got it today, my xbox 360 hooked up to my Dell 2405fpw. Video of "Fight Night Round 3" playing @ 1080i.

Looks much better in person than my avi video though.

Just got that 17" LCD on the right. I love it! Cant believe how much brighter it is than my laptop screen. Dual screens really does increase productivity. I find myself doing more things at once than I ever did before.

Even worse I have two monitors connected to four machines and if I have a network change to make, I'm switching between all of them constantly.

This is my bedroom set-up. My furniture is old and does not match, but it is small and does not take up much space. The tv doubles as a monitor.

I downloaded the screensaver and it only shows up on one screen. How do I get it to work with my dual monitor setup?

I have ultramon. When the screensaver starts, one monitor turns black and the other one shows the matrix program.
