Any Idea when Xbox or PS2 Prices might Drop?

Since both companies are launching their new consoles late this year/early next year, they are bound to drop the price of the current Xbox and PS2 similar to that of the Gamecube. Does anyone have any idea when this might happen?

i thought only xbox 360 was being relesed this year..... and ps2 end of next year??? oh well, either way, im gettin both... even tho im more of a PS fan...
but either way, i dont think they will drop that drasticly tho... probably only down to 99.99...... i dont think they will wanna go any lower than that
