So I picked up a new copy yesterday as soon as It came out and was disappointed as I started it up. You'd think they'd have better animations than a kind of comic book plot. I know its not street racing syndicate but the girls were at least 3d and I liked the idea about driving around town and flashing another car for a race also. What are you opinions of the game so far? Also does anyone have the bonus code for an extra grand?

Haven't gotten that far but I doubt it. Base civic car to choose was a 99 blue SI but I'm sure once I start unlocking cars their will be other civics but probably just a 99 hatchback or 03 SI.
I've gotten a bit further, I've unlocked a few cars I don't think the EP3 will be there. The game gets pretty good as you go along. You can start street racing with others in the explorer mode. I raced someone with a fast car and I won an upgrade doing that. You can tune everthing on the car like the ECU and suspsension.
I felt the same disapointment when I didn't see the new 7thgenc civic.
do you realize how many ppl would get pissed off when they spend there "virtual money" on performance upgrades and nothing happens........ eh prolly the same amt in real life
Its the same for the game until you get a turbo. Air intake and that stuff stuff don't do much. put all the the upgrades except turbo and ECU and youll see not much gain. Same with our cars if you spend a bit of cash you get performance, and buy decent parts. Someon on this forum had a balanced lightened flywheel and he dynoed 125, si dyno's 137 stock. If you want your car to go fast its possible. The only problem is many of the auto Xers in this forum are participating in leagues that don't allow much engine modification. We have some great suspension tunning knowledge but we are little behind in engine modification. If you had a lot amateur racers who were allowed to mod the engine of there 7th gen you would see some great engine modification information. Also most people are still under warranty.
its a really really built b18, yes its crate i think jcwhitney sells it for 6500. puts out like 270hp and 211lbs torque .... not sure about the torque. But it was built for racing .. will only take like 93 octane and a bunch of that crap.
Oh crap I heard of it one of my friends was talking about the beast.
When you buy a brand new motor like that is it legal to swap it into a car with a later model engine? I know its illegal to swap an old engine in a car, but this is a crate. Do you have any idea about the legalities?
