Also this client is really good. It allows you to save all your settings and stuff, which is nice. I use it and you can throttle the upload because cable/dsl is an asychronous connection. Make sure that after the download is complete and your not using your PC, you set the bandwidth to unlimited to help seed the file. Also, it's common ettiqute to leave the torrent open until you have a share rating of 1.0 or more.
