chosing headlights

I've read some stuff about incompatibilities between aftermarket headlamps said to fit the '01-up civic coupes when trying to put them on the 2001 cars. Something about certain things not fitting.... Will any headlight said to fit 01-up civics fit into the 2001's without any extra modifications??

Also, does anyone know where i can find information on what's legal or not?

usually they come with a card of authenticity or somethin stating it is legal in all 50 states or w/e....

2001-2002 use the same aftermarket headlights i believe...

just depends on which aftermarket ones you get. Some are high quality some are low
