Converting a Dry kit to Wet....*nitrous gurus*

I'm using an NOS brand dry kit right now .. I want to convert it to a wet kit .. ! I basically bought the dry kit, because its soo much easier to install than the wet kit .. but now people are telling me that its dangerous to run on dry .... !

what do u guys think .. should I convert it to wet .. or am I safe ?

i dont know if you installed it yet but i heard its ok to run it as long as its not high of a shot. but if u plan on running a 50 or more than that, then i suggest u convert it to a wet kit. what u will need is a fuel solenoid with all the fittings and hoses, a new nozzle which has both outlets for nitrous and fuel, new jets and maybe a new relay to wire up the extra solenoid. i would also reccommend a blow down tube so that your bottle wont blow up if the pressure rises and a bottle heater to keep pressure up and a purge kit.

well if your using it already and its fine then i guess its ok. just dont over do it. if you really want to convert check this site out they have pretty good prices on parts. as for the blowdown tube, its purpose is to vent the nitrous gas out of the bottle when the bottle has too much pressure. it basically prevents the bottle from blowing up if it gets over heated. u can get them here if u have anymore questions feel free to post it here.

i'm gonna go ahead and get an A/F ratio guage, and get brand new fuel solenoids with some new lines and a new nozzle for the fuel, or should i go with the fogger nozzle

what else do i need? and can u help me out with the diagram on where to put the lines, relays and the switches.
damn .. thats a lot of questions, but i'm adding another solenoid .. the fuel solenoid needs to activate with the nitrous ! how do i do that? if u don't have time to answer it, I can prolly figure it out, but it'll take me awhile !!
