Need Help on exaust

yeh when it rains sometimes a little water will gather in the tip and it will spit out when your car turns on. its normal. now a lot of water isn't

the catalytic converter converts noxious and poisonous gases to water...usually it comes out in the form of water vapor, but if its cold out it might be condensing in the pipe and that might be what youre noticing. i dont think its anything to worry about. now if its gasoline, that might be a problem. wipe a drop with your finger and smell it to make sure its not gas.
